JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA (December 2018) – Harbour Retail Partners, a southeastern based acquisition and development company, has purchased 11.2 acres within the Tamaya community of Jacksonville FL, to develop a 75,000 square foot center anchored by a 30,000 square foot Sprout’s Farmers Market.

In addition to Sprouts, Harbour Retail Partners expects to fill the remaining 45,000 square feet of space with local, regional, and national tenants.

“We have received a lot tenant interest in our center due to Sprouts Farmers Market’s announcement and because of the strong residential growth along Beach Boulevard, including 2,000 planned homes by ICI. The site is highly visible with well designed access, and well positioned to serve the Tamaya community,” says Kelley.

Located at the intersection of Tamaya & Beach Boulevards, the Tamaya community currently features more than 1,000 custom built homes, a 10,000 square foot resident’s center, and over 500,000 square feet of space for commercial use.

With more than 300 stores nationwide, Sprouts is a full-service grocery store focused on selling fresh, healthy, and organic foods, minimally processed and 90% natural or organic.

Development on the site began in early 2019, with Sprouts expected to open in early 2020.
