Harbour Retail Partners has closed on the purchase of Peachtree Crossing Shopping Center. Built in 1978 and situated on 10 acres directly along N. Peachtree Parkway, Peachtree Crossing contains 81,519 sf of retail space. Harbour Retail Partners has closed on Clemmons Shopping Center in North Carolina. Closed in June of 2019, the property is located in the heart of Clemmon’s retail corridor. With 94,841 SF on 10.49 total acres, the Kmart anchored center is well positioned with strong demographics, high traffic counts, signalized access and great visibility.
