MARIETTA, GA—Harbour Retail Partners announces the sale of both The Shops at Towne Lake and Buckhead Crossing, to Lincoln Properties, a Dallas, TX based real estate company. The Shops at Towne Lake are anchored by Sprouts and also include Tuesday Morning, Zoe’s Kitchen, Pet Supermarket, and Pacific Dental. Harbour Retail Partners purchased the center in October 2014 and redeveloped the old Publix anchored center.
“Our team worked really hard to relocate a number of tenants, lease 57,000 sf including Sprouts, and renew 12,000 sf of shop space to create a wonderful mix of co-tenants”, says Jim Cheney, Principal of Harbour Retail Partners.
