Harbour Retail Partners is pleased to announce the formation of its 3rd equity fund, Harbour Retail Partners Real Estate Fund III, L.P., a Delaware Limited Partnership. Consistent with Fund I & II, Harbour’s Fund III vehicle will acquire and invest in commercial properties, focusing primarily on grocery anchored shopping centers, mixed-use projects, and single-tenant assets.
Fund III will primarily invest in both value-add acquisition, redevelopment and ground-up development opportunities, primarily in the southeastern United States.
HRP General Partners Randy Kelley, Jim Cheney, and Mike Barry have a combined 40+ years’ experience in acquisition, development, and grocery executive management. With a fund target size of $50,000,000, the partners are actively looking for acquisition and development opportunities. Harbour recently closed on its first Fund III asset, a planned grocery-anchored development located in Orlando, FL.
