Wallbrook Townes

In partnership with Crosland Southeast, Harbour Retail Partners is co-developing a 140 unit townhome community in Rolesville NC. The project is part of the partnership’s 78 acre master planned project in the heart of Rolesville along Main Street and comprised of 10 subdivided parcels for a mix of uses. In addition to the Townhome community, the partnership is developing a 68,000 sf Publix anchored center, an additional 75,000 sf of retail, restaurant, personal services, fitness space, office and medical office space. The partnership expects to start construction on the townhomes  4^th Q 2022 and deliver in 2024.
